Hey everyone!

I just published a new update for the demo. Most notably, it adds the ability to access 95% of the game using a gamepad or keyboard. The only thing that doesn't work is the escape rooms.

However! Over at Steam, the game is 100% playable with a gamepad. If you like playing games from the comfort of your bed, then you might want to play the demo over there and add Artificial Selection to your wishlist:

Either way, here's the full list of changes:

• Added controller support.
• Revamped the help screen.
• Added a customizable shortcut (M) that opens the menu of your choosing.
• Side images fade in instead of being shown abruptly. (Feature scrapped)
• Removed the other menu items when the profile menu is first shown.
• NVL text colors can be customized separately from regular text.
• Added more descriptive icons.
• Pixel art looks more smooth on smaller resolutions.
• Fixed the navigation of menus with the keyboard (main menu and save/load).
• Fixed scrolling in the game menu.
• The most recent save file is marked as "NEW".
• Added an easter egg to the title screen.
• Added a sneaky reminder to wishlist the game.
• The minimap is cropped to the surrounding area. (Can be disabled.)*
• The profile menu can be unlocked for the main menu.*
